Former drug users attend village community service

      ANGELES CITY — A group of former illegal drug users are joining a community service in Barangay Balibago to get away from their vices. Balibago village chief Rodelio “Tony” Mamac said that surrenderers volunteered to help in the Gulayan Sa Barangay program of the village.
