    CLARK FREEPORT -- The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) and the Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC) signed an agreement with the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) for the construction of an 11.8-kilometer patrol road here in preparation for the upcoming 31st Asean Summit. Under the agreement, the AFP 51st Engineering Brigade and the 355th Aviation Engineering Wing of the Philippine Air Force will provide the manpower, labor, and the general construction equipment and tools for the project.
